how I got here…

After nearly 15 years as a hairstylist in the beauty industry and 10 years as a salon owner, my mission has always been to allow my guests and team to see that their true beauty radiates from the inside-out. While I have fun as an artist creating beautiful color combinations and #hairgoals with extensions to give my guests a boost of confidence on the external…it was the deeper connection we had behind the chair and seeing them appreciate their innate beauty the most that did it for me.

I’ve had amazing opportunities to travel across the country as an educator, lead award winning salons and have been published as an author in the beauty industry, but during the “great pause”of 2020 something shifted. For the first time in a loooong time, my little hustler heart took a much needed break and I found nourishment in a more mindful approach to life and business. Since then, I’ve been through multiple business masterminds and have had the opportunity to coach business owners + creatives. In 2021 I became certified in a moving meditation practice known as ‘empty out’ to help women release what’s no longer serving them so they can find clarity and peace in pursuing their greatest desires. Later this year, I will have also completed my life coaching certification as well as EFT Tapping, NLP, TIME techniques, hypnosis, magnetic coach cert, and Applied Astrology.

Needless to say, continuously learning is our jam around these parts as well as evolving how you do business and who you are while you do it. However, I believe there is a strict difference between being a certificate chaser (been there, sister) and student vs. actually putting what you've learned into a strategic plan that converts into a business and life that you adore. EMBODIMENT is the “secret sauce”!


I have found that 'my thing' the thing that lights me up the most, is to be teaching and sharing what I know and love (holistic strategies + biz/personal wellness + finding YOUR personal formula for success) through my experiences in business and life with all of YOU! The greatest gift as a coach + guide is seeing YOU thrive in your element and own your confidence while listening to your inner guidance and realizing that the fire, freedom and success have always been WITHIN!!

Fun Facts

I married my high school sweetheart, we met in 7th grade and our first date was the sophomore year Christmas dance!

I’m a caffeine addict! Gimme all the iced coffee, iced matcha lattes, and refreshers from Starbucks!!

I have been obsessed with personality tests since I was little, think the little quizes that used to be in the back of Cosmopolitan Magazine. I love connecting with people and figuring out what sets each of them apart...so interesting. Also an Enneagram 3 wing 2 + 4, which means I'm determined for you to succeed, helping you achieve your goals with a creative strategy, ya feel me? Also ENFP from Myers Briggs, and I most recently took the Human Design Quiz and am a Splenic Projector. I am also a Libra Sun, Capricorn Moon, and Virgo Rising.

We have two beautiful children that are now 9 and 14! They keep me on my toes but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I played volleyball for the University of New Orleans and was there during Hurricane Katrina. Some of my besties came from attending UNO, while some were brave enough to let me experiment on their hair before I was licensed. lol.
